Que 1. Is it a paid event?

Yes, Starstruck events are paid. The details related to its pricing will be mentioned at the time of registration and vary with the kind of portfolio shoot intended. The payment for registering in the event is however quite pocket-friendly.

Que 2. Does Starstruck provide individual photoshoot as well?

  Yes, Starstruck does provide individual photo shoots along with the photo shoot with celebrity, which is included in the event.

Que 3. What are the modes of payment?

Starstruck does NOT take payments through cash. Starstruck takes the payment for registration for the event through either NEFT/IMPS in the bank account details mentioned with the registration form or PayTm. The account details for both bank and paytm transactions are mentioned on the website and under no circumstances, the account details will change for receiving of the payments.

Que 4. Is the payment made for registration refundable?

No, the amount once paid confirming the registration for the event will not be refundable under any circumstance.

Que 5. Is there any procedure followed to be a part of the event?

Yes, there is a specified procedure for participation in the event. i) The contestant needs to send his/her pictures (preferably 4 pictures) to Starstruck official WhatsApp account mentioned on the website. ii) After the pictures of the contestant get approved by the Starstruck Team, the contestant needs to fill the registration form through the link shared by the Starstruck Team (follow the registration link sent to the contestant’s whatsapp.) iii) After the registration is done, the contestant needs to pay the registration amount only through the payment options mentioned on the registration form. Payment in cash or any other mode will not be entertained. iv) Only after the payment confirmation, a bill for the same would be mailed to the contestant’s email id. Kindly, make sure that producing a hard copy of the bill is mandatory for entry into the event. Failing to do so would be treated as a candidate without registration and will not be entertained at the event for any of the purposes.

Que 6. Is there an entry ticket or pass for the event?

No, there is no separate entry ticket or pass for the event. The bill mailed by the Starstruck Team to the candidate’s official email address will act as an entry pass. Failing to produce the bill at the time of entry will be considered as the absence of the contestant at the event. Hence, the entry shall not be granted to any candidate without the bill.

Que 7. Is the date of the event flexible?

No, date of the event is not flexible and under no circumstance is subject to change for any candidate. The candidate has to be present on the date mentioned priorly for the event on the Starstruck India official website under the Event section. However, the dates are subject to change in case of any contingency situations with the venue of availability of the celebrity. In such case, the Starstruck will notify the change in dates of the event priorly through email, SMS, and Website.

Que 9. Can a contestant be accompanied by their family or friends at the event?

Contestants are allowed to be accompanied by only one person per contestant. However, none of the companions are allowed at the location of the photoshoot. There will be a separate waiting area for such purpose.

Que 10. Is there any age limit for participation?

Yes, there is an age restriction for participation. The age of a participant must not be less than 13 years or more than 50 years.

Que 11. How will the photographs of the shoot be delivered?

The photographs of the shoot will be sent in the form of soft copy at the email address provided by the participant within 7 to 15 days after the event.
